This luxury villa is located within a 4-star oceanfront resort community! Unlike many other homes in the resort, it boasts a PRIVATE heated, saltwater pool, and beautiful marsh views. You also have access to a brand new washer and dryer, the garage, and a covered 2-story porch with gorgeous views of the sunrise and sunset. You can call the private resort shuttle or take a short stroll through the resort to find yourself at the oceanfront towers with incredible seaside views, restaurants and an expansive Caribbean poolscape!
In addition, The Sandy Nest has been recently updated, with new paint and flooring as well as new furniture and technology. All linens and bedding fully replaced in 2023. There is a surround sound system in the living room for movie and music enjoyment, and Apple Tvs in the living room and every bedroom. *Homeowners maintain a vehicle in one bay of the 2-car garage with camera monitoring. There is parking for one small compact car within the garage, 2 spaces in the driveway and street parking in front of the home.
**Please keep in mind the private pool at the home will only be heated from April-October. While we can work with guests individually to try to increase the temperature of the water during the off season, the pool is unlike a hot tub in that it does not have a cover or insulation. This means the warmth of the water will be entirely dependent on the season and weather. If temperatures are dropping below 50 degrees fahrenhiet we may not be able to keep the pool heated.**
